Let's talk about how I got into Airbrush tanning as a career.
A verrrry long time ago a friend's daughter saw an article about spray on tans in a womans magazine and thought it would be really fun if mom sprayed tans on people for a JOB. Friend asks me if I would like to learn how to do this with her. Always up for an adventure I say yes! Sounds like FUN. I had a job with a non-profit agency at the time and the spray tanning was a fun hobby in the evening. People didn't know what to think of it and business was slow.
Dear Husband: This is a job? People pay you to do this? Why did you go to college?
Fast forward half a decade and business has taken off. People are taking better care of their skin. Gone are the days of baking yourself to a crisp. Smooth soft unwrinkled unblemished skin is in vogue. But how do you not have that pasty pale look? You get an airbrush tan. Safe, affordable, and if you can find a tanning artist, it will be beautiful!
I no longer work at the non-profit. All I do is spray tans. It is fun! It is creative! I get to meet great people and everyone is doing something fun! I'm not sure you could ask for anything more in a career.
